| Appointments |

| To avoid disappointment please book your treatments in
advance. Appointments can be made during our opening hours.
Our convenient opening hours may also be extended by
appointment only. This will incur an additional 10% of the
cost of the treatment booked. At the time of booking an
appointment, we will inform you of any preparation you are
required to carry out before your treatment. By booking an
appointment you are agreeing to co-operate with The Skin Spa™
in full in terms of our conditions as outlined. |

Individual Treatment Bookings
50% of the treatment cost is required as a deposit at the time
of booking to secure your appointment. Funds must be cleared
prior to receiving your treatment. The remaining 50% is
payable on the day of your appointment. When booking a treatment you
are agreeing to co-operate with The Skin Spa™ in full in terms
of our conditions as outlined.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment please notify us at
least 48 hours in advance and your deposit will be secured
against your
new appointment. If you provide less than 48 hours notice or
fail to attend your appointment the deposit will be
non-returnable.
Treatment Course Bookings
All treatment courses must be paid in full and funds cleared
prior to your first treatment. If you fail to attend an
appointment without giving 48 hours notice one treatment will
be forfeited from you treatment course. When booking any
course of treatments you are agreeing to co-operate with The
Skin Spa™ in full in terms of our conditions as outlined.
If you have received a discount or complimentary treatment(s)
as part of your course and you are unable to complete, we will
offer you a refund. This will be calculated by deducting the
full price of all treatments received, plus any forfeited for
any missed appointments and return the difference to you. |

| Arrival |
| |
| Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your
appointment time to relax and prepare for your treatment. New
clients are required to complete a consultation form before
any treatment is carried out. For laser and injectable
treatments, additional consent forms must be completed even if
you are a regular client. The consultation form and consent
forms contain questions relating to you current medical care
and previous medical history. You are required to complete all
questions to allow The Skin Spa™ to assess your suitability for
treatment. All information provided on the consultation and
consent forms will be discussed between you and your
practitioner. This confidential discussion will enable both to
ensure that your goals are understood and achievable. During
your consultation we will also thoroughly explain the
treatment, ensure you understand the advantages and if there
are risks associated with the treatment and assess your
suitability. If you are unsuitable we will explain the reason
why and what your options are and offer an alternative where
possible. The Skin Spa™ complies with the data protection
legislation and all information given will be held in the
strictest of confidence and under no circumstances whatsoever, be passed onto any third party. |

| Late Arrivals |
| |
| Our appointment system is designed to allocate the correct
time for your treatment. Unfortunately, a late arrival will
result in a reduced treatment time or you may be required to
reschedule your appointment. If you find yourself running late,
please inform the clinic. |

| Cancellations |
| |
| Your appointment is reserved for you. Should you need to
reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in
advance and your deposit will either be held until your next
appointment or refunded. If you are unable to give 48 hours
notice then unfortunately your deposit is non-returnable. If
you are on a treatment course and fail to provide 48 hours
notice, one of your treatments will be forfeited. |

| Payment |
| |
| The Skin Spa™ accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Solo. Cheques are not accepted. |
| |
| Treatment Suitability |
| |
The Skin Spa™ will always assess whether or not a treatment is
suitable for you during your consultation. If you are
unsuitable for treatment, we will inform you as to why
and discuss your options and offer an alternative where possible.
The Skin Spa™ cannot guarantee that you will achieve the same
results as the before and after photographs on any
promotional material including but not limited to the website,
treatment brochure or leaflets. |

| Gift Vouchers |
| |
Gift vouchers are available for specific treatments and
monetary values of £10, £25, £50 and £100 and can be purchased
in the clinic or by phone. Vouchers are non-returnable and
cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot
be replaced.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other clinic
promotion or any cosmetic injectable treatment.
Monetary gift vouchers can be used for treatments and products.
If the treatment and/or products you select is lower than the
monetary gift value no change will be given and your Skin Spa™
account will be credited with the remainder.
All vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date and
all treatments must be booked and received within this time
period. We cannot accept expired vouchers. If requested, gift
vouchers can be delivered to a separate address from the billing
address. Please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 working days for processing
you order and delivery. |

| Clinic Promotions |
| |
| Occasionally our promotions are subject to additional
terms and conditions if so you will be informed at the time of
booking. |

| Limited Liability |
| |
No client will receive any form of treatment until The
Skin Spa™ has been provided with all medical details of the
client which shall be provided in writing and form part of the
consultation form and treatment consent forms which will be
provided prior to your consultation or treatment. It is the
client’s sole responsibility to ensure that they have provided
The Skin Spa™ with all medical details in writing prior to
each treatment and such details shall form part of these terms
and conditions.
In no event shall The Skin Spa™ be liable to the client for any
loss or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage
whatsoever.
The client hereby undertakes to comply with all instructions
and/or recommendations given to them by The Skin Spa™ regarding
the aftercare of any treated area and The Skin Spa™ accepts no
liability of any kind incurred as a result of the client’s
failure to follow such instructions and/or recommendations.
The terms and conditions along with the consultation and
consent forms represent the full agreement between The Skin
Spa™ and each client and no form can be amended without
permission of The Skin Spa™. |
